1) Introduction

Welcome to iBOUNCE MUSIX (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, blog, and promotional services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2) About Us

iBOUNCE MUSIX is a digital music platform founded on July 8, 2024 by Julius Ezekiel Ngeze. Our mission is to champion African music globally, support upcoming artists, and provide digital services including song/album promotion and music-instrument development.

3) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or have verifiable parental consent) to use the Platform.
  • You represent that any information you submit is accurate and lawful to share.

4) Artist Submissions & Promotions

Submission Requirements
  • You must own the rights to the content or have written permission to promote it.
  • All submissions are reviewed and may be declined for violating policy (e.g., hate speech, incitement, explicit illegal content).
  • Unpaid submissions will not be published or promoted.
Pricing
  • Single song $0
  • Album (multi-track) $0

Prices are subject to change; any change will apply to future orders only.

What Promotion Includes
  • Blog post/feature on iBOUNCE MUSIX.
  • Basic social amplification (e.g., Facebook, YouTube community, TikTok snippets where applicable).
  • Note: Promotions aim to increase visibility but cannot guarantee streams, sales, or virality.

5) Payments, Delivery & Refunds

Methods

We accept payments via supported gateways such as PayPal and M-Pesa. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, we review your content and schedule promotion within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not our responsibility.

Refunds
  • Eligible If we fail to publish due to our error and cannot reschedule, you may request a refund.
  • Possibly Eligible If publication is delayed beyond a reasonable window for reasons within our control.
  • Not Eligible If your submission violates policy, infringes rights, or you provide incorrect/incomplete materials.

7) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

  • No malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or bypass security.
  • No content that promotes hate, violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • No unlicensed samples or copyrighted material without permission.

We may remove or refuse content at our discretion to protect users and comply with law.

8) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service, third-party integrations, or specific results from promotions.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBOUNCE MUSIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, third-party tools, or content removal due to policy or rights issues.

10) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts within Tanzania.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the Effective Date of changes means you accept the updated Terms.
