@LIL DURK.........Lil Durk, born Durk Derrick Banks on October 19, 1992, in Chicago, Illinois, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He is widely recognized as a pioneer of Chicago drill music and the founder of the Only the Family (OTF) collective. Durk gained early recognition with his Signed to the Streets mixtape series (2013–2014), which led to a deal with Def Jam Recordings. His debut studio album, Remember My Name (2015), and its follow-up, Lil Durk 2X (2016), helped establish his presence in the industry. After parting ways with Def Jam in 2018, he signed with Alamo Records, marking a turning point in his career.
