@LADYSMITH BLACK MAMBAZO...Ladysmith Black Mambazo is a South African male choral group known for their unique blend of isicathamiya and mbube vocal styles. The group was founded in 1960 by Joseph Shabalala in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. They gained international recognition after collaborating with Paul Simon on his 1986 album "Graceland", which helped introduce their sound to a global audience. Over the years, they have won multiple Grammy Awards, including one dedicated to Nelson Mandela2. Their music has been featured in films such as Coming to America and The Lion King II.
