He gained fame with his hit single "Odo," which features Nigerian artists Mayorkun and Davido, and has received significant airplay across Africa. KiDi is signed to Lynx Entertainment and was the winner of the 2015 MTN Hitmaker reality show. He has received multiple nominations at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, including Best New Artiste and Male Vocalist of the Year.
